Welcome!

Start your joyride

Whether you’re an individual seeking counselling  or a non-profit organization that could benefit from mental health training, my decade of experience working in the charitable sector has equipped me with a unique understanding of the pressures faced by people who care deeply about their work.

If you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, a major life transition, or all of the above, I’m here to help you move forward with curiosity, compassion, and practical tools as your therapist.

I’m passionate about supporting Calgary’s non-profit sector—but my practice is open to all.

Group Therapy

Coming Winter 2027. Group therapy is a powerful way to promote healing, build connection, and develop your skills. Next year, I look forward to offering several groups around specific issues that non-profit sector employees face on a daily basis. Join the waitlist to be the first to hear about new groups and registration.

I gratefully acknowledge and honour that where I live, work and play is within the traditional territories of the people of the Treaty 7 region in Southern Alberta, which includes the Blackfoot Confederacy (including the Siksika, Piikani, and Kainai First Nations) as well as the Tsuut’ina Nation, and the Îethka Stoney Nakoda (including the Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Good Stoney Bands). This land is also home to Northwest Métis and to the Otipemisiwak Métis Government, Métis Nation Battle River Territory, Nose Hill Métis District 5 and Elbow Métis District 6. I am grateful to serve my clients on Mohkinstsis, the place where the Bow and Elbow Rivers meet.
